aidlafabryk.pl is a set of practical field notes on AI in Polish and European manufacturing. Written for mid-sized factories (50–500 people) dealing with real engineering drawings, service tickets, and slow quoting cycles.

We don't sell software. We don't promise transformation. We don't use the word "revolution". We log what we test, what we measure, and what's worth knowing before sending an RFP to three vendors.
